Refund Policy

In an effort to better serve our customers we want to clearly define the stipulations for refunds. There needs to be a 30 day notice given to Recycle Clarksville when our services are requested to be terminated.

This has several implications for the different service packages we offer. These implications with their stipulations are discussed below.

Month to Month or Quarterly payment Customers

If you pay Recycle Clarksville on a quarterly basis, you will need to allow for two weeks before payments may be stopped either electronically or by check. If you let us know of your desire to stop service with in the first seven days of a month, we will count this towards your two weeks days. For example, if you decide in July that you do not want to continue with our services and you contact us on July 6th with this request, we will terminate service on the week of July 14th. If you contact us on July 8th with this same request we will count 14 days from the day of contact and terminate service on ther week of July 22nd. This means you will be liable for payment of services between July 8th and July 22nd. This amounts to approximately $3.25 per pick up each week.

Pay in Full Customers

If you paid in full $110.00 and received one month free, the same stipulations apply as the month to month package concerning your request for termination and notification. The only added difference will be the remaining amount for the months that you have not received service, according to the stipulations mentioned above. For example, if you paid $110 begining January 1st, and you request termination of service on July 6th, then you will receive a refund for the months of July 20th through November. If you notify us on July the 8th, you will be refunded from July 22nd through November, using the gage of approximately $2.50 a week for each week of service remaining in July through November. If you paid in full at the rate of $13.00 a month the same principle applies respectively with an average of $3.25 a week.

Attention: You will not be refunded for the free month of service. This is why you will only be refunded in the above example through the month of November, instead of December. The free month goes into effect the last month of your year end account.

There is no refund for the $15 Set-Up Fee. The Recycling Bins are the property of Recycle Clarksville and are to be collected when service is terminated. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
